Is the San Pedro Creek Market Turning a corner?  My sales data says "Yes"!  I have personally sold 5 homes ranging from $511,000 up to $840,000 in the last 6 months:

I think the market is finally saying that these large lot estates with the best views in the state are in demand!  I believe this whole heartedly  and it shines through to all my clients. I hope this a good sign for a prosperous 2013.  Happy New Year San Pedro!
